Dimensions Mumbai, a short film competition open to young Mumbaikars below the age of 25 years, is a brain child of Mrs. Jaya Bachchan, Trustee of MAMI.

Dimensions Mumbai was introduced to mark the 10th Anniversary of MAMI, the idea was to provide a platform to young students and professionals to showcase their talent. Short films of less than five minutes duration made on any format depicting any aspect of life in Mumbai can participate in the competition.

While Dimensions Mumbai gives young filmmakers a chance to reach out to filmbuffs, it also offers audience new vistas to city which dreams and breathes cinema.
