Mumbai Film Festival began screening of feature length documentaries in its 11th edition in a new section called The Real Reel which was part of the main non-competitive section of the Festival World Cinema.

The aim of The Real Reel section is to showcase award winning and critically acclaimed feature length documentaries which carry strong opinions on issues concerning our social lives, human nature and many other topics.

The documentaries produced between October 1st, 2010 and the start of the 13th edition of the Festival are invited from all over the world to participate in this non-competitive format.
