Therese Hayes

Therese Hayes was raised in France and London and studied Far Eastern Civilization at the University of Washington in the USA. During the 70s - 80s Therese had an avant-garde art gallery in Los Angeles, California, featuring primarily California artists. In 2005, with Ustad Nishat Khan, she co-founded Dreamnotes, Inc., for the promotion of classical Indian music and produced several of his concerts.

Therese has programmed for the Palm Springs International Film Festival for over 10 years as well as several other film festivals including Bangkok International Film Festival. She is the co-curator of the Bollywood and Beyond Indian Film Festival, the only Indian film festival in Stuttgart, Germany and has served on numerous panels and Juries. She is also on the board of Film Trust India in New Delhi.
